  1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns in these cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Expired product received

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage
  • Change of mind after delivery
  1. RETURN TIMEFRAME
  • Report issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Contact us via WhatsApp with photos of the product

  1. REFUND PROCESS

Prepaid Orders:

  • Full refund to original payment method
  • Processed within 5-7 business days
  • Razorpay will credit amount to your account

COD Orders:

  • Refund via Bank Transfer or UPI
  • Processed within 5-7 business days
  • Share your bank details via WhatsApp
  1. REPLACEMENT POLICY
  • We offer free replacement for damaged products
  • Replacement dispatched within 2-3 business days
  • No need to return damaged product for replacement
  1. PARTIAL REFUND
    Partial refund may be offered in cases of:
  • Minor quality issues
  • Partial damage to order
  1. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
  • Shipping charges (except our fault)
  • COD charges of ₹49
