  1. ABOUT US
    Gunvantam Farms is a farm-to-consumer brand
    based in Haryana, India. We grow and sell
    natural food products directly to consumers.

  1. PRODUCTS
  • All products are natural and minimally processed
  • Product colors may slightly vary from images
  • Product weight may have +/- 2% variation
    as per FSSAI guidelines
  • We reserve right to discontinue any product
  1. PRICING
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Prices include GST as applicable
  • We reserve right to change prices anytime
  • Prices at time of order placement are final
  1. ORDERS
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment
  • COD orders confirmed after verification call
  • We reserve right to cancel suspicious orders
  • Order cancellation possible before dispatch only
  1. CANCELLATION POLICY
    Before Dispatch:
  • Full refund for prepaid orders
  • No charge for COD orders

After Dispatch:

  • Cancellation not possible
  • Refer to Refund Policy
  1. PAYMENT TERMS
  • We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards,
    Net Banking via Razorpay
  • COD available with ₹49 extra charge
  • Payment must be completed to confirm order
  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  • All content on gunvantam.com is our property
  • Do not copy or reproduce without permission
  • Gunvantam Farms logo and brand are registered
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • We are not liable for delays due to
    courier partners
  • We are not liable for force majeure events
  • Maximum liability limited to order value only
  1. GOVERNING LAW
    These terms are governed by laws of India.
    Any disputes subject to jurisdiction of
    courts in Haryana, India.
